I have a small three bedroom ranch home, with a couch in the living room for one person. You have access to a shared bathroom and the kitchen. There is plenty of free street parking in front of my house. I have two small dogs that love visitors. My home is a non-smoking home and I only host tourists that are non-smokers. I have a large fenced back yard. I sometimes host tourists with a small dog for an extra $5.00/night. You must have a crate for your dog. I accept one male guest at a time and for a minimum of thirty days and a maximum of sixty days. Sometimes, when I do not have a roommate, I have a bedroom available for a monthly rate. Laundry is an extra $4/load. Straight, gay, and bi guests all welcome.
The monthly prices are rental prices for the bedroom.
