Welcome to our shared rental in the vibrant neighbourhood of in Calgary! This neighbourhood offers a blend of convenience and tranquility. With easy access to major highways, public transportation, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby, you'll have everything you need only few minutes away. Plus, our rental includes shared amenities such as a bathroom, backyard, patio, kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as utilities like electricity, heating, washer, dryer, and internet. You'll also have the added benefit of free on-premise and street parking, and bicycle parking is available too. Parking in the garage would be for $10 fees. We have two cats, which is why we can't accommodate/allow any other pets in the house.
