MY husband is 65 and I am 66. We live about 25 miles outside Atlanta. We don't have an extremely large home but you would have your own bedroom upstairs and share a bath . The living room is spacious and for the most part unoccupied . We do not have a television . I love cooking and will do my best to see that you have an enjoyable breakfast. Atlanta has plenty of things to do. There are plenty of restaurants within two miles. My husband is self employed and works from home.
The room has a twin day bed perfect for a single lady .It has central heat and air. A window that faces the front of the house.
