Looking for a female student to rent out a room (upstairs) in our peaceful and clean home (single occupancy only). We are a 2 female working professionals under 40 and a daughter in middle school. Room includes its own private bathroom (downstairs) and can be furnished if requested. Pool and spa are available. We have two dogs, one medium one that stays outside and one 5lb indoor one. Included in the rent is WiFi & utilities. Laundry available. No kitchen privileges. Okay to have small fridge and microwave in room.
