Charming Cape Cod style home near downtown Los Angeles. We live in a 3 bedroom house and 1 1/2 bathroom on the north east side of Los Angeles. Our home is centrally located, only 10 minutes drive from Pasadena, downtown Los Angeles and San Marino. We have a medium size kitchen and a separate dining room next to the kitchen. There is a living room and a family room. We have a large backyard and a small front yard. The backyard is quiet enough for doing some serious studying but also has some wild life visitors. One may observe Monarch butterflies, humming birds, hawks, and all sorts of sparrows either feeding or bathing. There is plenty of space for studying of sunbathing in the backyard in total privacy! There is also a gas barbecue.
