This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is designed for comfortable and affordable urban living. It features a shared kitchen, in-unit laundry, and individual in-unit heating and cooling controls. All utilities, including air conditioning, are included. The apartment upholds a no-pets, no-smoking, and no-overnight-guests policy to ensure a peaceful environment.
