This 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment provides comfortable shared living in one of Toronto’s most central and accessible neighborhoods. With in-unit laundry, a shared kitchen, and in-unit controlled heating and cooling, the apartment meets everyday needs with ease. All utilities, including air conditioning, are included. A no-pets, no-smoking, and no-overnight-guests policy ensures a respectful and peaceful atmosphere. The lease term is minimum 3 months, with a maximum of four occupants in total. Residents have access to a wide range of amenities including a gym, study area, concierge, dining room, sauna, yoga studio, jacuzzi, outdoor pool, and meeting room.
