Welcome! My home is located in the village of Chippawa which is a community located within the City of Niagara Falls. A bus ride to the University of Niagara Falls. If needed a temporary room is available until May 1.

Chippawa is a quiet, safe neighbourhood with easy access to public transportation, a 5 minute walk to the local food store. Opposite the house there are tennis courts, basketball nets, splash pad and a park.

Bathrooms: 2. Your semi private bathroom is also upstairs. 

Other Rooms: Kitchen, Dining Area, Family Room, Mud Room 

Outdoor Spaces:  Garden, Patio, Covered Deck, Hotub, Pool.

Your Room: Medium sized bedroom with a queen bed

Furniture: Bed, Dresser, Built in closet, Side Table, Desk, Chair

Amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating. 

The bedroom will have use of a semi private bathroom. There is a big back yard with year round hot tub available to use and seasonal swimming outdoor pool. Washer and Dryer are on site. Full internet. 

Common Areas: You will have access to the kitchen, Dining area, Family room, and any outdoor spaces. Feel free to use the kitchen for cooking and the family room for relaxing.

Utilities: Electricity, Water, Internet, Laundry facilities are all included
