Close to malls, restaurants, highways, & downtown Orlando is 30 mins away. Close to the University of Central Fl. Safe Family neighborhood. I speak English & Spanish & live with my 2 adult children. Shared bathroom, screened in patio with a gas grill. Guest bedroom with a full size bed, WiFi & a small desk. Shared living room with a T.V. We value privacy & low key socializing.
