The rental includes one furnished bedroom, queen bed, sheets, blankets, 2 new pillows, 2 side storage tables, one lamp, one tall deep 4 drawer dresser, wall art, one large black frame hanging mirror, there is a closet, and a sitting area in the large window area, or you can use the 50" tv in that area (no cable) one full bathroom/guest bathroom with towels, and queen sheets, a shower curtain and decor. The 2nd room is an office with a 6' table as a desk and a task chair, for your use. This office is also used for my books, a small desk, and a few other items in the office and the closet. There is a hall closet that is for your use. Should you have a car, there is parking in the driveway on the left side. If you would like to purchase a bike, it can be kept in the garage. I have a fully updated kitchen with everything needed to use, a dining area, and a living room to share. I have a washer and dryer for your use. There is a lovely backyard and a furnished deck. There is a community pool, the pool key that may be used during May - October. Must love dogs - I have two large dogs, who are inside dogs. One is a Standard Poodle, the other is a Pooghan - Standard Poodle & Afghan. You will keep areas clean, vacuumed, and picked up. You will have to purchase bath soaps, shampoo, etc., laundry and cleaning supplies for your areas. Trash is part of shared duties on Tuesday nights. There is a shared refrigerator with a freezer. You will make your own meals and clean the stove and kitchen when finished. Dirty dishes go in the dishwasher, not in the sink to soak. There is a shared food pantry. I work hybrid, but off on weekends. I generally use the kitchen table area for my desk. We can go over any other questions you may have. House courtesy rules include no overnight guests, no heavy drinkers, no smoking, no drugs, no other pets.
