Hi, I have a fully furnished bedroom available in Alameda for $1,000 per month (utilities included). Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen. I will also have a fully furnished basement available in July for $1,400 per month. The basement is not in the photos. You’ll be living with a Fire Captain who is in the house about 15 days per month. Also, a Santa Barbara student who will come back to Alameda on holidays. There are two dogs who are there part time..
