I am living on the property, and that I am available to offer guidance and advice to guests living with me. Since the COVID started, I am working from home. Beaverton, Oregon is about 20 minutes away (without traffic) from downtown Portland. There are a lot of stores and restaurants around Beaverton and the MAX rail is walking distance. Unfortunately, I do not have central AC, but there is a fan in the room. There is WiFi and parking on the street available to use. The room has a queen size bed, TV, a fan, and blackout curtains. We are located next to the main road, therefore, it may have some street noise. However, new earplugs are provided for guests convenience.
