Hello, we are a caring family who enjoys hosting students. We live in a large beautiful house in the Victoria neighborhood which is centrally located. We are a family of four with two girls ages 9 & 10 years old. We have 1 small Papillon dog. You will have your own large bedroom with a queen bed, desk, couch and a walk-in closet which has its own door to the connected shared restroom. We have over 5 years experience hosting students. There is plenty of space to hangout in your room or with the family in our 3200 sqft. home. We enjoy movies, outdoor activities, and BBQ’s. Our home was recently renovated. You will have your own parking spot on the driveway. Walking distance to Stater Bros, Park and peaceful running/walking trail on historical Victoria Ave. with orange groves. Less than five miles to CBU, UCR, RCC, Galleria Tyler Mall, Riverside Plaza, Downtown Riverside, Target and places to eat like In-N Out.

You’ll have your own large bedroom featuring a queen bed, desk, couch, and a walk-in closet with a private door leading to the shared bathroom. With over 5 years of experience hosting students, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Our 3,200 sq ft home offers plenty of space to relax—whether in your room or hanging out with the family. We enjoy movies, outdoor activities, and BBQs together. You’ll also have your own parking spot on the driveway.

We’re within walking distance to Stater Bros, a peaceful park, and the scenic running/walking trail along historic Victoria Ave, surrounded by orange groves. Plus, less than five miles to CBU, UCR, RCC, Galleria Tyler Mall, Riverside Plaza, Downtown Riverside, Target, and popular eateries like In-N-Out.
