All rooms are fully furnished. You are welcome to be in any of the common areas as well. Rent includes all utilities. If you have children and need more than one room, just let us know we can work that out as well. please note I only took a picture of one of the rooms and the bathroom We can set up for you to come tour the house if that is something you are wanting to do before moving in. Rent can also be discussed
