The room comes fully furnished with a twin bed and a smaller ikea desk. It has a closet inside with sliding mirror doors and a door that leads out to the balcony. Bathroom would be shared with one other person. Location: Villas of Renaissance (10-15 min drive to UCSD), walkable to UTC and public transport Price: $1450+ ~$100 utilities (sewage, electricity, water, wifi, etc.) > in-unit washer and dryer > Garage parking available > Gated community with multiple pools/gym > Student applicants preferred We are three introverts who love to spend time together in the couch or build legos in the living room.
