Description
We are looking to be a host family to an international student. We are a small family of three, with one friendly cat, living in a 2-story home in Denver. We currently have a spare, private bedroom, which can house two beds, or one king-size bed. The room is well lit, quiet, and close to everything Denver has to offer.
We are near public transportation (bus and train), shops and restaurants, and a 15-minute drive from downtown. The room includes two beds, a dresser, table, night stand, lamp, closet with hangers, full length mirror, and a desk and chair. All bedding and towels are also included. You have access to a shared bathroom that is only steps from the room. The kitchen and rest of the home is also shared. You have access to a large laundry room, with washer and dryer, as well as a downstairs living area and the backyard.
