Hi! My name is Nic, an undergraduate student completing the final year of my degree at York!

As the first floor of a house, our cosy and comfortable three-roommate unit has a bus stop situated right across the street - and is a mere ten minute walk away from St. Clair Station! Our unit is an even shorter walking distance to our local Farm Boy, Loblaws, Rexall, Shoppers, CIBC & TD branches, and a variety of restaurants & convenient stops like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, and more. And the benefits don't end there! The unit itself comes with your very own private room, with amenities included! WiFi, electricity, washing machine, drying machine, dishwasher, and heat + air conditioning... are all fully covered with the rent! In addition, we have a shared living room space, dining room area, kitchen, and washroom - all of which are kept clean and tidy collaboratively. The kitchen features access to an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, your own storage compartments, and personal food cabinets. Each roommate purchases their own personal toiletries.

With all this being said, myself and a second roomate are looking forward to sharing this wonderful unit with a third roommate - somebody who also cares about keeping our personal & shared spaces regularly clean, maintaining a relaxed and cozy environment in the house (various tenants live on the other units above & below, including the kind landlord and his family upstairs), and making the apartment a safe and comfortable space for the three of us! My cat Charlie is also living here, who is the most gentle, loving cat, and I'm sure he's looking forward to having yet another person living in the house.
