Our lovely, large cozy standalone guesthouse (540 sq ft) is located in our backyard with a separate entrance. It's perfect for a family (or friends) of 4. You will have 100% privacy once you checked in. The spacious bathroom in the guesthouse comes with essentials, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You may also relax and enjoy sunshine in our large backyard and try some of our fresh organic fruits in our little garden when in season. Once inside, relax on a comfortable queen Murphy bed, complete with a medium-firm memory foam mattress. And when you're laying on that bed and feeling too lazy to get up, tell our Amazon echo to dim the lights or turn them off so you don't have to lift a finger. Then enjoy our 55 inch wall-mounted flat screen TV or if Netflix is your thing, try the connected computer and control it all with the wireless keyboard and catch your movie in a 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound system built right into the ceiling. If Youtube surfing is your thing, then you can enjoy our 250+ Mbps fiber high speed internet. We are in a quiet middle class neighborhood, just walking distance to Long Beach city college. We're few minutes driving distance to YMCA, Long Beach Airport, Costco, Target, VONS and Sprouts markets; a very convenient location for you if you need to do shopping for some necessities. Please be aware that we have multiple OUTDOOR smart cameras on premise with smart locking system for our safety and yours. :)
