Large wrap around deck and another small deck along with a large front yard for sharing . Washer and dryer available in the home and is shared as well as cold and hot cereal, tea cand coffee available every day for free by host. Consider a pet if pet is kept in room and when in common areas must be with student and on collar and must have updated shots. A beautiful walking or bike path in front of property that leads to Clifton Hill or down town Niagara Falls where you will find quaint shops and restaraunts . Property is available for October 1st.2025 move in and departure by April 30/26 and can reapply for next school year . A police clearance is required. Owner and family lives in home but away often due to travelling and is a registered nurse. This rental is only the room and shared washroom , deck and outdoors shared and kitchen is only for warming food and placing labelled food in fridge and must clean area after use.
