I am a Korean women speak both Korean and Chinese too. I accept GIRL ONLY. My house is two levels house. first level has three rooms, second level has four rooms. We have kitchen can cook, but not for oil fried. We support bed, table,chair,closet, shoes cabinet and kitchen cabinet,and refrigerator can share with. We rent one room for one person only. All the tenant is not allow to bring their friends and boyfriend...However bring any person to stay in are not allow. The bathrooms are two people sharing one. If you want to use it by your self, then you have to pay double of the price. You are very well come to home. I have one daughter,which is already married, she has her own house, doesn't live with me.
