Furnished room in Carrollton, Texas with a friendly host (me!). I am a 28 year old male software developer interested in hosting someone and introducing to some experiences in the area (if interested!). 

The room includes a queen size bed and fresh bedding, a desk, nightstand, dresser, and walk- in closet. The room is 10' x 12' and includes a private bathroom conveniently located right outside the room.

Close to many great universities and conveniently located within the DFW Metroplex to access all of what the Dallas and Fort Worth area have to offer.

I am very flexible and friendly. The main rules of the house: Clean up after yourself, be respectful to each other, careful being too loud after 11PM, and no smoking.
