1. Middle Room: $895/month. (Larger ample room)
2. Front Room: $875/month. (The front room is a little smaller but a great view of a quiet street with an elementary school across the street. Only $875 per month.)

‏Deposit equals the same as one month's rent plus utilities.  We can even work with you on installments if necessary and accept credit cards, Paypal, Venmo, google check out, etc.  We also started using SayRhino.com, which covers your deposit for a small fee.  

You will also get FREE GATED PARKING with your very own remote control gate opener. The property has an automatic gate and a 100% fenced yard. The property has a long driveway for quick in and outs. 

‏Utilities are $55 per occupant and include the fastest internet possible (because we know it's important), cable TV, internet tv with Netflix, and Hulu accounts. Central heating. FREE parking, coin-operated washer/dryer, exercise equipment, and I will try to add amenities like our currently broken hot tub as time goes on to provide a good community to live in and not just a bed and a roof. 

Roommates are young professionals and students: great study atmosphere and ideal for meeting new people in the area or your work field.

Close to everything and near major bus routes and even very close to 2 redline stations.

Credit score must be above 600 and/or proof of stable income required to apply.
