As a SharedEasy member you have access to dedicated coworking spaces and an on-demand fitness app. You will also have the option for in-person access to more than 200 studios in New York for an additional payment through the app. HOME Our Bushwick Terrace Home is located in the heart of Brooklyn which will make your everyday life as comfortable as it possibly can be: weekly cleaning, all great-sized and well-designed rooms, comfortable transportation, spacious living room with a smart TV. You cover a monthly fee and everything comes included: no utility bills, no unexpected maintenance costs! BEDROOM All rooms are carefully designed to maximize your living space without compromising your comfort. Your room will be move-in ready and fully furnished, there's no need to even bring a pillow:) All shared rooms are non-mixed gender and well-equipped. Each room feels calm, spacious, and light, offering the ideal respite from busy city living. COMMON AREAS Bushwick Terrace Home was exclusively designed to be comfortable for all members in any room of the house. Our Coliving space includes a spacious dining room, chill zone with a huge TV, and a kitchen, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world. You will stay in a beautiful 4 or 6-bedroom apartment with 2 full shared bathrooms + access to a huge terrace. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal. It also included: coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked. We provide: many bathroom essentials and there are never queues - you’ll never have to wait…; regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study; all our cleaning supplies are eco-friendly and allergen-free; 24/7 security cameras in all common areas. NEIGHBORHOOD Known for its thriving arts scene, developing reputation as a foodie destination, and relatively affordable rent, Bushwick is an attractive option for young professionals and creatives.
