Recently renovated the entire basement that consists of a living area, dinning area, 2 shared washrooms, and 4 private rooms. Our family occupy only the upper floors. Meals can be included for a fee.

My family lives on the main and upper floors.  Rooms are in the basement.  Each room has a window, a study lamp, a desk and chair, and wardrobe. We are an experienced homestay family. We have hosted students who go to Simon Fraser University, Fraser International College, BCIT, Burnaby North Secondary School, Burnaby Central Secondary School, Burnaby Mountain Secondary School, Coquitlam College and also, downtown ESL schools.

Bus stops are conveniently located just outside our home and Sperling Skytrain station is about a 7-8 minutes walk away from my home. We are within 30 minutes (by transit/bus) to SFU, FIC and BCIT or and 15-20 minutes away from any of the North Burnaby Secondary Schools (Burnaby North, Burnaby Mountain, Burnaby Central). Our home is in a safe and convenient North Burnaby neighbourhood.  And it takes 30-40 minutes by skytrain to get to downtown Vancouver. There is street parking.

Our rates ranges depending on room size and depending on with or without meals and also it is possible to customise your stay with us according to your needs and requirements for an agreed fee.
