• Full size bed, nightstand, desk, and private closet.

• Linens and towels can be provided.

• Use of household flat screen TV with Amazon Prime. Other streaming services are available but would require guest accounts.

• The bathroom has all the necessities, shower, sink, and toilet.

• Use of the laundry machines (in house)

• There is central air conditioning A/C and heating in the house. Temperature is controlled by your hosts. We typically turn off AC when weather cools off. The bedroom has an extra fan if needed.

• NO additional pets allowed. Yellow Labrador lives on premises.
