• Full size bed, nightstand, desk, and private closet.

• Linens and towels can be provided.

• Use of household flat screen TV with Amazon Prime. Other streaming services are available but would require guest accounts.

• The bathroom has all the necessities, shower, sink, and toilet.

• Use of the laundry machines (in house)

• There is central air conditioning A/C and heating in the house. Temperature is controlled by your hosts. We typically turn off AC when weather cools off. No special requests please. The bedroom has an extra fan if needed.

• NO additional pets allowed. Yellow Labrador lives on premises.
