This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers exceptional value in a highly accessible central location. It includes in-unit laundry, a shared kitchen, and individual in-unit heating and cooling controls. All utilities, including air conditioning, are included. The apartment enforces a no-pets, no-smoking, and no-overnight-guests policy to ensure a respectful and quiet environment. The minimum lease term is 3 months, and the apartment accommodates up to four residents.
