Shared modern kitchen, dining and living area that opens up to a relaxing balcony. Bedroom has brand new furnishings. Shared spaces comes furnished with all the utensils and appliances that you would need (in-unit washer and dryer)! Wonderful amenities which include a gym, yoga room, sauna, party room, courtyard, theatre room and gorgeous rooftop terrace! Bike locker and underground parking available for $125 extra a month. About You: A clean, quiet, easy-going and respectful female. A non-smoker is also a must, and although I do like animals, I am not looking to add a pet into the space :).
