Looking for 2 roommates (student or working professional) in a 3-bedroom townhouse in the Downsview Park neighbourhood. $1400 all-inclusive for EACH room. Utilities & internet included. No parking, must purchase street permit parking yourself if you have a car. Nearby: Yorkdale Mall, York University, Downsview Station (25 minute subway ride to downtown Toronto), Hospital, Grocery Stores, and an abundance of activities/facilities available at Downsview Park. You will have either bedroom 2 or 3 on the 2nd floor in the floorplan pictured and share the common spaces of the house: living room, kitchen, washroom on second floor (between 2 people), and terrace on the ground floor. Interested tenants will be required to complete a rental application form, provide a full credit report, employment letter and Notice of Assessment.
