We have 2 rooms available for rent around La Sierra, Riverside 92505. It is 4 min drive to La Sierra University, about 5 min drive to Tyler Mall, and about 8 min drive to Cal Baptist University. The area is very close to restaurants, plazas, bobas, tyler mall, and convenience stores (everything is within 2-5 min away). Our house was just built last year and is very clean. We are looking for individuals, preferably students, who are clean, have no pets, and not smoking. The rent is from $700 to $800 depending on the size of the rooms. Rooms are furnished and utility/wifi are included. House has 3 rooms in total and the bathroom will need to be shared between these 2 rooms, and the kitchen will need to be shared with the homeowner (me and my husband).
