The house is located off Kernan Blvd., 7.7 miles north of UNF. It’s in a beautiful residential neighborhood called Kernan Forest (see photos). You will not find a more welcoming living environment in a more beautiful neighborhood in Jacksonville for the price.
A security deposit ($740) and the first month's rent ($740) are required to move in.
