This apartment is in pristine, untouched condition, and has been gut renovated in summer of 2018. Live in luxury, seconds away from Central Park, or Morningside Park. Our Central Park North location is a brand new rental building with 3 luxury apartments, each one having a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, spacious bathrooms. Every home has 4 beautiful, large bedrooms with built in closets, sleek hardwood floors, white granite countertops in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Booking Rules - Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, June Homes asks our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 630-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to Washington DC) Cancellation Policy - Plans change, we get it. If you’d like to terminate early, we require a 60-day minimum notice. We consider notice effective from the 1st day of the next rental period. For example, if you submit your 60 days' notice on May 15th, we will count 60 days from June 1st. Should you wish to exercise the option to terminate your lease prior to the agreed upon end date, we require a surrender fee equal to 1 month rent if your requested new lease end date is between May 1st and August 31st. For requests with new lease end date between September 1st and May 31st, the termination fee is 1.5-month rent. Fee is paid upfront at the date of the notice. NOTE - One time linen fee of $200 is applicable excluding the rent.
