1. Screening: Guests must complete a background and credit check (630-650+ score required) and provide a clean criminal record. US residents must provide an ID and SSN.
2. Agreement: You must electronically sign a separate residency agreement immediately after booking.
3. Fees: A one-time linen fee of $200 is applicable (excluding rent).

Cancellation & Lease Policy

• Early Termination: Requires a minimum 60-day notice (effective from the 1st of the next rental period).
