Right now i have a Korean-Canadian who is staying for more than a year since June 2021... He is a university graduate in New York of Architectural Interior Design. My location is close to Schools, libraries, parks, churches, malls and YES few steps to bus stations where you can go to mall in one bus ride for 12 minutes or go to Kipling Station (going to Toronto) for 25min.
