My cozy home locates near Metrotown , Central Park and BCIT. It only takes 20 mins on the skytrain to Downtown.No 28 bus just across from my house.There are three bedrooms and two brand new bath rooms &fully equipped kitchen at main floor for home stay .Laundry room shared with owner and can be used once a week at weekend. Free street parking.. We'd like to have no smoking ,no pets, no drugs and keep clean students or adults to stay with us. We provide free wifi , shampoo,hand soap, tissue and a fully equipment kitchen, you could use it to cook light meals ,but need to clean it up after use.And also we clean the common area, you just clean your room. We provide basic bedding items, if you donot like it, you could bring your own. When you complete booking, please transfer one moth paymnet as a security deposit.
