Large (about 1300 sq.ft) unit, in nice, clean, secured (security guard onsite) apartment building, that is only 8 minutes walk from York University. Finch West train station is also 8 minutes walk from building. This is four bedrooms apartment, with one full and one half washroom (both shared with other students), kitchen, laundry. One of the rooms and living area have air conditioner. All utilities (including internet) are included in the rent. Other two rooms are already rented by YorkU students. Students from YorkU are preferred as residents, however working females can be considered too.
