4 people family in quiet suburb Our home is in walking distance to the park and various learning centers are close within reach. We are near the mall and various other shops. Arcadia is a good place to live in especially for our schools and safe neighborhood. I have two children-a daughter in highschool and a son in middle school. Both my husband and I go to work for most of the day from 9:00 am to 5 pm. My son plays tennis as well and my daughter runs. We are a close family of four. We are taiwanese but my children are American students. We would be happy to host students in middle school or highschool. Room is available now! We're expecting ~$1700 a month, negotiable with transportation and other necessities.
