We only accept ** FEMALES** Our property is a two storey house with four (4 ) bedrooms and a family room on the second floor . One (1) contemporary guest bedroom on the second floor is available for rent. Ground floor has a living room, storage room, laundry room, kitchen and dining area. We have a spacious front and backyard while our driveway can park four (4) vehicles. We are located on the Bolivar Heights neighborhood close to Guildford Mall, Library , Central City Mall, Surrey City Centre, sky train stations, churches, Hawthorne Park, Holly Park and Green Timbers Urban Forest Park. Nearest bus stop is just a 3 min. walk from the house. Various big box stores like Walmart, Superstore, London Drugs. Canada Post office, Staples, and Shoppers Drug Mart along with a number of restaurants are just minutes away. Schools close to us are Guildford Secondary, Kwantlen Park Secondary, Johnston Heights, Fraser Heights and Queen Elizabeth Secondary. We are a middle-aged couple . We will be sharing the same house with our guests during their stay. My husband and I loves to travel and learn other cultures. This is the main reason why we are hosting guests of other countries so we can have a more in-depth assimilation on their customs and traditions. I'm the housekeeper while my husband referees high school basketball. We have three (3) adult children who now lives in their own homes and two (2) grandkids. Hobbies include hiking, gardening, cooking and watching movies on Netflix. We dog sit my son's dog while he is at work. His name is Bobby and is 10 years old. My son drops him off every morning and picks him up in the evening. House rules include no smoking and no visitors allowed. Guests are to cleanup after themselves and maintain cleanliness in the house. Kindly inform us by text or call if you are coming home late (after 10pm).
