Homestay includes SHARED main entrance, kitchen, laundry, and fenced yard with patio. Guest amenities include parking, internet, firepit and outdoor grill, and heated pool (in season). Close to beautiful beaches, hospitals, grocery stores, shopping, dining, nightlife, library, public transit, major highways/roads, and the future east coast Netflix campus. Note: This is a smoke-free property. Owner has private space on first floor. Dog will be with owner periodically, in their private space and in shared spaces. Dog will not have access to the guest's homestay.
