Your rent would be $1300/month plus 15% of the utilities shared with the landlords that live upstairs, and half of the internet cost for our suite. It is ready to move in to now. I’m from Edmonton, Alberta here to study fashion design at Blanche Macdonald Centre. I am ambitious, clean, active, outgoing, and love outdoor activities during all seasons. I am looking for someone with complementary qualities. The landlord has an absolutely no smoking or vaping policy on the entire property and pets are also not welcome. It’s located in a beautiful residential area in North Vancouver on Montroyal Blvd and close to Highwood Blvd. The house is a 4 min drive to Grouse Mountain, a 15 min drive to the waterfront at Prospect Point in Stanley Park, and is a 35-40 min bus trip to downtown Vancouver. We have access to a huge backyard with our own patio space, and lots of nature.
