My husband and I have a lovely 1942 house in a quiet neighborhood. We have a lovely spare bedroom, with it's own bathroom and separate entrance, exit. that we want to rent out to an individual that's a non-smoker. We speak English, my husband knows a little German.
We are very clean, friendly and would respect someone's privacy and hope they would respect ours
