The room is set up for traveling professionals with a comfortable queen sized bed, window a/c, blackout curtains, and a TV. The shared spaces are the kitchen, living, dining, and bathroom. You will have the home to yourself as I do not live here any longer. Some of my personal items are still in my owner's bedroom, office, and basement which are locked and not part of the rental.
