I have a three bedroom house in a trendy neighborhood near downtown Culver City and Sony Studios, Helms district. It is centrally located near metro train station, shopping, theater, movies, and restaurants. There is one large room with three twin beds I can use to accommodate guests. I have already set up the rooms with twin beds, bedside tables, desks,chair and there is closet space. Using the kitchen is negotiable. One host will be there, either Richard or I. We hike and do outdoor activities for entertainment including movies. We require a deposit depending on your length of stay. Parking is street parking and there is a $40 fee for parking pass and monthly for long term stays. $20 is refunded when the pass is returned at the end of the stay. No pets are allowed. No guests so please be honest about who is coming for the booking. We are welcoming you into our home!
