I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease. The lease is set to start on Feb 7th and the term length is 1 year. The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath at The Bartlett which is in the heart of Pentagon City. It is ideal for anyone working at HQ2 or any other nearby offices. The rent is $3436 plus utilities which will be split by 2 meaning $1718 plus utilities per month. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and the building has great amenities. There is a metro station next to us and shopping malls as well. Some of the apartment-specific amenities are stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas stoves, in-unit laundry, in-unit A/C, and hardwood floors in common areas. Some of the building-specific amenities are a fitness center, rooftop pool with barbecue stations, private Whole Foods entrance, pet salon, parking garage, dry-cleaning services, dog park, courtyard w/ fireplace, and entertainment rooms. Roommate (26M) moved recently to Arlington and works as a software engineer. He is quiet, peaceful, and overall a chill guy.
