LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You will love the location of this exceptional, smoke-free home located at 4 Elk Lane, just a two minute walk to Starbucks and the Sunriver Village Mall. Easy walk/bike to restaurants, SHARC (8 passes included), and Sunriver activities! The home has a completely fenced back yard for your dog. During your stay, you will enjoy air conditioning, free streaming movies on Netflix and Amazon Prime, high speed wireless internet, gas fireplace, full-size ping pong and air hockey tables and 8 passes to the SHARC aquatic center. Other features include private hot tub, free Wi Fi, DVD player, 48" flatscreen HDTV in the living room, 4 additional LED smart HDTV flatscreens in every room, Wii video game console, both standard and Keurig coffee makers, 4 adult cruiser-style bikes and 1 child's peddle bike. In addition to the peddle bikes, there is a Tag-Along pull bike for those little ones who aren't quite ready to ride bikes on their own yet. Have a dog? No problem! The fully fenced backyard makes this home perfect for a well-behaved dog ($50.00 non-refundable pet fee required at booking). NO SMOKING! Smoking or vaping are NOT allowed anywhere on the property inside or outside including the front, side and backyards, patios or decks, and the garage. Any evidence of smoking will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit at the owner's discretion. Please note that the mere presence of a heavy odor of smoke in a guest’s clothing and luggage can transfer to furniture, bedding, carpets and walls regardless if smoking is limited to only when off the premises. We have had instances where guests have honored our non-smoking policy, yet the house retained a heavy odor of smoke for several days (adversely impacting subsequent guest stays) from transference of smoke odor from guests clothing, luggage and belongings. This requires extra deep cleaning including, but not limited to, carpet and upholstery cleaning and extended vacancy to allow for sufficient airing out. All costs associated with smoke odor and removal of smoke odor will be deducted from the security deposit and is accepted and agreed by the renter by accepting this rental agreement and reserving/booking our house. For security purposes, exterior entrances are monitored with security cameras. PLEASE NOTE: Our prices and check-in/check-out times are clearly displayed. We cannot offer discounted nightly rates and it is extremely difficult to accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out requests, especially during the busy summer months.
