NOTE: Guests will need to pay the first and last month's rent. In addition, an $800 security deposit will be required. This includes a $210 charge for cleaning, bed sheets, and other expenses, while the remaining $590 will be refunded after check-out.
Booking process: After you send a request and make payment, you will receive a lease contract and a payment link for the security deposit. Please sign the contract and send it back.
