The Lexington House is located in Spanish Harlem in Manhattan, just two blocks from Central Park and near the border of the Upper East Side. You can choose between four units at the Lexington House, three with two bedrooms each, and one studio. Air conditioning throughout the house is via window units. This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase. All of the bedrooms in the Lexington House are private and feature full-sized beds and desks. Amenities: full-size memory-foam mattresses, shelving, hooks and closets/organizational tools. Services: Bedding is available for an additional fee. Each unit in the Lexington House includes a furnished, open common area with plenty of room hang out with your roommate or entertain guests. A flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi mean you’ll always be ready to work or entertain needs. You’ll only share a bathroom with one other person, so you’ll never need to wait! Also included: toilet paper, hand soap and small garbage bags, which will never be empty! The Lexington House also features convenient in-unit laundry, so you can wash your clothes without leaving home!
