Here’s what to know about early lease termination: - 60-Day Notice: A minimum of 60 days' notice is required. Notice becomes effective on the 1st day of the next rental period. - Example: If you submit your notice on May 15th, the 60 days count starts from June 1st. Termination Fees: - May 1st – August 31st: 1 month’s rent as a surrender fee. - September 1st – April 30th: 1.5 months’ rent as a surrender fee. - Fees are paid upfront on the notice date. 💡 Additional Note: A one-time linen fee of $200 applies (not included in the rent).
