- Background & Credit Check: All new members must complete a background and credit check.
- Residency Agreement: A separate residency agreement must be electronically signed.
- Required Documents: You’ll need to provide a valid ID and Social Security Number (for US residents).
- Credit Requirements: We typically look for a credit score above 630-650 (varies by city) and require a clean criminal record (excludes Washington, DC).
- The agreement will be sent post-booking, and we ask for a prompt signature to confirm your room.
🔄 Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s what to know about early lease termination:
- 60-Day Notice: A minimum of 60 days' notice is required. Notice becomes effective on the 1st day of the next rental period.
- Example: If you submit your notice on May 15th, the 60 days count starts from June 1st.
Termination Fees:
- May 1st – August 31st: 1 month’s rent as a surrender fee.
- September 1st – April 30th: 1.5 months’ rent as a surrender fee.
- Fees are paid upfront on the notice date.
