TWO MONTH MINIMUM STAY - My home is in a lovely, convenient area close to SEA-TAC airport and on the major bus lines. I live in a comfortable 3 bedroom condo south of downtown Seattle and within a bus commute to Seattle Central College, South Seattle College, and Highline Community College, with Highline being nearest. The room is private with a comfortable twin bed, reading corner, bookshelves, window onto the deck, closet space, wireless internet, and an adjacent semi-private bath. The area is very safe and this complex has a pool and tennis courts, and it is close to a grocery, Starbucks, pharmacy, bank, and restaurants, fast food and otherwise. The kitchen is open for use, though guests are expected to clean up after cooking. The living room is a common space for all, as is the deck. Laundry facilities in the next building. Also interested in long-term guests visiting or moving to the area. A carport for parking is available for an additional $100.00 per month.
