I live with my husband and 2 kids in a townhouse Gaithersburg, Maryland. The house has 3 levels, 4 bedrooms and 3 and half bathrooms. We live in the upper level and we only rent the room in lower level. The room will be fully furnished with private bath and queen size bed, 50" smart TV with netflix, Microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, desk and nice backyard. No access to second and third floor. We are located just 0.5 miles to I-270 highway, 3 minutes walk to bus stop and 5 minutes walk to starbucks and shopping center. Subway is 30 minutes bus ride, Washington D.C is 40 minutes drive. Minutes away from Kaiser permanente, Medlmmune, Astra Zeneca, Novavax, Costco, Sam's club, Holy cross hospital and Montgomery college.
